<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable hose caulking machine capable of performing caulking and easily portable without generating longitudinal wrinkles to cause leakage in a caulking ring. <P>SOLUTION: The portable hose caulking machine comprises a plurality of supporting bodies 3 and 4 to be connected to each other in an opening/closing manner, hydraulic cylinders 5 to be radially arrayed to each of the supporting bodies 3 and 4, a hydraulic pipe line 7 connected to an external oil feed means in an interlocking manner with the hydraulic cylinders 5, and a caulking die 6 which is attachably/detachably mounted on a piston 5a of each hydraulic cylinder 5 and driven in a radially advancing/retractable manner to/from the axis of an object to be caulked. Excessive material absorbing recessed parts 6b and 6c to absorb excessive material generated in the caulking ring 9 when caulking and fixing the caulking ring 9 housed over a hose 8 to a hose piece 10 by the caulking die 6 are recessed on both sides of a pressing rib 6a of the caulking die 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
