<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the liquid-tightness of a container of a capsule type medical device to improve the safety of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A colorless and transparent insulation film with very little permeability to vapor and gas is at least applied on an electric terminal which connects a luminary 31 exposed in a hermetic vessel 2 excepting a contacting part and a chip component for driving the luminary 31, and an antenna of a wireless transmission means 7 by insulation film coating with CVD or the like using organic series resin such as parylene resin, polyimide resin or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
