PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the logically consistent basic data of tax reduction documents about processing deal trading.

SOLUTION: This apparel processing deal trade information management system receives order reception data and calculates a required amount in order to calculate the amount of materials needed based on the order reception data. When receiving a request from a certain system to provide registration book information, the management system provides the registration book information serving as the basic data of the tax reduction documents on the basis of the data structure of its own storage device.
