PROBE SET FOR IDENTIFYING HLA-C ALLELE AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe set useful for individually identifying each allele of HLA-C, and to provide a method for identifying the same using the probe set.

SOLUTION: The method comprises constructing the probe set using probes covering all partial sequences containing base(s) specific to each allele of HLA-C and identify the HLA-C contained in a specimen using the probe set.
