摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely secure the strength of a circumferential part of a bolt insertion hole near a control pin of a lower link upper component on which heavy bending load is applied by a crank pin and the control pin, by preventing the concentration of stress on the part. SOLUTION: This lower link is composed of a component 6 having a pin boss part 5 for an upper pin, and a component 8 having a pin boss part 7 for the control pin, and a bearing housing to which the crank pin is fitted, is formed on butting faces of both components 6, 8 with a halved structure. Both components 6, 8 are fastened by bolts 9, 10 respectively at a part near the upper pin and a part near the control pin of their joint faces through the bearing housing 2. The latter bolt 10 is fastened from a component 6 side so that its head part is positioned at the component 6 side. Whereby the bolt insertion hole 14 of the component 6 can be formed into the shape on which screw engagement force is not acted so much. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
