PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a cooling wind that is optimally straightened according to the kind of workpiece. SOLUTION: An inner chamber 3 with a heater 32 into which workpieces M1, M2 are to be inserted is provided inside a furnace body 1. The cooling wind is supplied into the inner chamber 3 through openings 33, 34 provided respectively in the top wall and bottom wall of the inner chamber 3. A frame 71 formed with a retaining wall 72 is provided on the inner peripheries of the openings 33, 34 and flow-straightening plates 75, 76 inserted in the frame 71 are supported at the lower surfaces of their respective outer peripheral edges by the retaining wall 72, whereby the flow-straightening plates 75, 76 are removably installed within the openings 33, 34.
