<p>It is possible to transfer acquired still image data without interrupting transfer of moving picture data being acquired. There is provided an imaging device including: an imaging control unit for acquiring a moving picture and a still image; a digital interface for communication with an external device; and a digital interface control unit for forming, in the digital interface, a first end point for transmitting the moving picture by the isochronous transfer and a second end point for transmitting the still image asynchronously, and forming independently and simultaneously a first logic transmission path for the moving picture connected to the first end point and a second logic transmission path for the still image connected to the second end point, between the digital interface and the external device.</p> |
