PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant composition which has good treating workability and gives cured products having excellent stain resistance, weather resistance, elongation, and the like. SOLUTION: This sealant composition comprises (A) a urethane prepolymer having a polyoxyalkylene skeleton and having two or three isocyanate groups at the terminals, (C) a (meth)acrylic copolymer which has a number-average mol. wt. of 3,000 to 8,000 and has 1.5 to 3 isocyanate groups on the average in the molecule, and (B) a vinyl copolymer which has a number-average mol. wt. of 500 to 2,500 and has 0.05 to 1.5 isocyanate groups on the average in the molecule, wherein the amount of the component (B) is 1 to 150 pts. mass per 100 pts. mass of the total amount of the components (A) and (C).
