<p>A zipperless sleeping bag with a foldable flap for extra warmth and a method for making the same is provided. The sleeping bag consists of a substrate comprising three portions, a body portion, a first cover portion and a secon d cover portion each of which is characterized by a longitudinal and lateral length, the three portions having substantially equally lateral lengths. The first cover porti on is folded over the body portion and fastened thereto along the bottom and at least a part of the side edge of the portions. At least a part of the second cover portion is folded over the first cover portion and body portion. The second cover portion serves either as a foldable flap which can be folded over the first cover portion to provide extra warmth or as the primary cover in more temperate sleeping conditions.</p> |
