PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber laminate constituted so as to follow a volume change relative to tensile force when the tensile force vertically acts on the rubber laminate and suppress the remaining of inner pores formed in a rubber layer. SOLUTION: A hard plate 11 made of a plurality of steel plates or the like and the rubber layer 12 made of a rubber plate having a prescribed thickness or the like are alternately laminated approximately in parallel to constitute the rubber laminate 10, and support plates 14a, 14b are attached to upper and lower surfaces of thus constituted rubber laminate 10. The rubber layer 12 is made of a plurality of rubber members 15 divided in a direction crossing the hard plate 11 to form abutting surfaces 16 on the rubber members 15. In a first embodiment of this invention, a plurality of rubber members 15 formed to be a square are combined with each other to form the rubber layer 12, and portions generating clearance are provided in all rubber layers.
