PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading test device capable of realizing all assumptive loading patterns by making it possible to act various loads on a foundation or a sample body as its model of a structure such as a bridge, a building or the like. SOLUTION: A first loading jack 3 loading a vertical external force of the sample body 2 from the top of the sample body 2, a second loading jack 4 loading an external force from the orthogonal direction or substantially orthogonal direction to the sample body 2 onto the upper part of the sample body 2, and a third loading jack 5 imparting an external force at the surface of a material 14 on the ground with the same direction with the acting direction of the external force given by the second loading jack 4 or in the lower part or in the middle part of the sample body 2 positioned in the vicinity of the material 14 surface, are provided and these the first-the third jack 3-5 are controlled to work by respectively desired loading patterns.
