PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-crushing type dispersing device equipped with a mechanism which does not exist in the past. SOLUTION: The vehicle-crushing type dispersing device shears and crushes a bead-added raw material obtained by adding a dispersing vehicle (beads) to a powdery particle raw material (including slurry). The above dispersing device is provided with an elastic hose 10 which the bead-loaded raw material is introduced in and discharged from and two or more pressing rolls 12 which move while pressing one of the sides of the elastic hose 10, the rolls being located at a prescribed pitch. The elastic hose 10 is arranged in a spiral form along the inner circumference of a cylindrical body 14, one end of the elastic hose 10 being an inlet 10a for introducing the raw material and the other end being an outlet 10b for discharging products. The press rolls 12 revolve along the inner circumference of the cylindrical body 14 at a movable interval while compressing the elastic hose 10. Consequently, force is applied to the bead-loaded raw material from outside, and the raw material is sheared and crushed by the action of the beads. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
