发明名称 INKJET HEAD LIQUID FEEDING DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an increase in the quantity of dissolved gas by reducing the generation of air bubbles as much as possible during the inflow of a liquid material into deaeration units; ensure the fulfillment of a thorough cleaning operation with ease after realizing the deaeration while smoothly feeding the liquid material even under a low pressure; and further, increase the degree of freedom for laying out the deaeration units. SOLUTION: In this inkjet head liquid feeding device, deaeration tubes 6 and 7 of a synthetic resin which has gas permeability and an internal uniflow path, are provided halfway through a liquid feeder path 3 for feeding the liquid material to an inkjet head 2 from an ink tank 1 and a part, in the liquid feeding direction, of each of the deaeration tubes 6 and 7 is wrapped with enclosures 11 and 12 of the deaeration units 4 and 5. Further, as to a single piece of the deaeration tube 6 (7), it is laid to constitute at least the downstream region of the liquid feeder path 3 for feeding one kind of the liquid material to one unit of the inkjet head 2, with one or a plurality of the deaeration units 4 and 5 aligned in series. These deaeration tubes 6 and 7 are 1.0 to 4.0 mm in inside diameter and 1.2 to 5.0 mm in outside diameter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
