PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a useful inner layout of an image forming device to be adopted, while maintaining a high toner filling efficiency by moving waste toner in a waste toner container, in a direction opposite to the moving direction of the container. SOLUTION: Since the waste toner container 11 turns around a rotation shaft extending in the vertical direction, the waste toner in the waste toner container moves in a direction away from the rotating shaft by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, thereby causing the waste toner in the waste toner container, to move in the direction different from the moving direction (turning direction) of the waste toner container. Accordingly, even when a waste toner, container with a shape different from that of a conventional device in which waste toner can only be moved in the same direction as the moving direction of the waste toner container, a high filling efficiency, equivalent to that of a conventional device, can be maintained.
