The wind power plant has at least three control levels. The first control level comprises a wind rotor, a power dividing transmission, a hydrodynamic converter with at least one reaction component, and a generator driven by the first power branch. The second control level comprises regulators for the angular position of the rotor blades and/or for adjustment of the reaction component and/or for the power electronics of the generator. The third control level predetermines the controlling of the second control level depending upon the operating states of the power plant and/or of the electrical network and/or on wind characteristics. An independent claim is included for a method for the control of a wind power plant. |
