FIELD: mechanization of dairy cattle production. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed milk counter has cylindrical housing, separating reservoir and movable measuring chamber which is connected with resistance strain gauge converter by means of rod running through bellows seal. Separating reservoir is cone-shaped in form and its branch pipe is located tangentially. Separating reservoir is provided with hydraulic seal in its lower part which is fitted with movable partition. Movable measuring chamber is parabolic in shape and is provided with escape slit in form of rectangle in its end face. In the course of milking, milk is tangentially fed to separating reservoir through inlet branch pipe; mixture of milk and air is set in motion over wall of separating reservoir. Trajectory of motion has form of spiral. Under action of centrifugal force milk and air are separated and are discharged from reservoir through discharge tube. For complete separation of air, use is made of hydraulic seal having movable partition. After separation of air, milk is fed to movable parabolic measuring chamber. Mass of chamber is recorded by means of rod with the aid of resistance strain gauge converter connected with counting unit. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of counting milk due to use of unit separating gas from liquid. ^ 3 dwg |
