PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable mule which can be manufactured at low cost by a simplified molding process in which the number of manufacturing processes is reduced and can be put into a shoe for use as an insole and used in a vehicle. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.2 (not shown here), flat oval shaped foot materials 2-A, 2-B are faced in right and left in a heel side of an engaging body 1, a vamp part 3 is set on the engaging body 1, creases 4 are formed in right and left sides on the engaging body 1, the engaging body 1 is made into a loop shape and right and left almost flat oval shaped foot material adheres thereon as shown in Fig.3 (not shown here), a foot shape material 8 in an outline same as that of the foot shaped material of the portable mule is passed into under the loop shaped engaging body 1, and detachable male and female adhering members adhere on the top surface of the portable mule 5-B to form the portable mule in Fig.7 (not shown here). The foot shaped material 6 in a same outline is detached from the portable mule 5-B so as to sandwich the engaging body of the portable mule 5-B therebetween to adhere on the top surface of the portable mule 5B again by the male and female adhering members to make it into an insole in Fig.9 (not shown here).
