摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant with a clutch mechanism capable of continuously maintaining the engaged state of a clutch even if a solenoid coil is deenergized. <P>SOLUTION: This clutch mechanism 31 of the power plant comprises a normal clutch engagement state for transmitting the rotation of the motor 24 to the wire drum 30, a clutch disengagement state for making the wire drum 30 and the motor 24 in a non-connection state to each other, and a brake clutch engagement state for maintaining the connection of the wire drum 30 to the motor 24 even in the off state of the solenoid coil part 60 and preventing it from returning to the clutch disengagement state unless the solenoid coil part 60 is turned on.
