PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof device capable of holding an elevated condition of a movable panel more stably. SOLUTION: This sunroof device comprises a function bracket supporting a movable panel; a rear shoe 30 moving forward and backward of a vehicle along a guide rail 21; first and second check blocks 31, 32 set to either of an engagement condition that they are engaged with the rear shoe 30 and integrally move together with the movement, and an engagement releasing condition that they are engaged with the guide rail, separated from the rear shoe 30, and stopped; and an elevating guide 33 and an elevating link 34 turnably supporting the first check block 31, and elevating the function bracket interlocking with the movement of the first and second check blocks 31, 32 together with the movement of the rear shoe 30.
