PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical reaction device with a new structure comprising integrated microreactors. SOLUTION: The microchemical reaction device is equipped with a plurality of chemical operation units U<SB>1</SB>, U<SB>2</SB>, U<SB>3</SB>, U<SB>4</SB>, which are freely detachably connected to each other at their end surfaces 6a while being kept airtight. Each of the chemical operation units is equipped with at least one channel substrate 3 having a microchannel 5 allowing a liquid to flow and extending from one end surface to the other end surface and a crate body 6 for covering and supporting the channel substrate 3.
