PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device which neither generates noises nor damages an interior trimming even if a tongue plate hits the interior trimming. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing sheet 12 is provided at a section corresponding to the tongue plate 9 of a lower garnish (interior trimming) 5, and therefor, even if the tongue plate 9 hits the lower garnish 5, noises are not generated, and the lower garnish 5 is not damaged as well.
