The invention relates to a method of producing factice and can be used for producing frost-resistant chloroprene rubbers for use in aviation and space industries as a sealant (frost-resistance -70 to -80°C) as well as in cable, tyre industries, etc.The invention is aimed at producing high-quality and increased stability factice to be used as a frost-resistant plasticizing agent and softener simultaneously for producing frost-resistant chloroprene rubbers having high physicomechanical and technological properties.The inventive task is characterized in that the method for producing factice comprises heating vegetable oil with sulfur and a modifier in the presence of a catalyst and an initiator as vegetable oil use oil from grape pits which comprises 68.3-75.4% of linoleic acid, and as a modifier – 10-20% from a reaction mass mixture of dimetacrylic acid triethylene glycol ester.As additional modifiers there can be used 10-30% from the reaction mass mixture both simultaneously and separately trimethylpropane diallyl ester and 10-30% from the reaction mass mixture of dimethylvinylethynylcarbinol or a syrup thereof and 5-20% from the reaction mass mixture of geranium or peach or plum oils. |
