<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder fuel injection valve, for an internal combustion engine, easily assembled with an engine body, and preventing mounting load from acting on the fuel injection valve in mounting of the valve to the engine body. <P>SOLUTION: In the cylinder fuel injection valve for an internal combustion engine, a lower end of a injection valve protection cylinder 3 is abutted on and welded W3 to an upper end of a mounting cap 70. The mounting cap 70 houses and holds a valve seat member 22 of the fuel injection valve I, and the injection valve protection cylinder 3 houses the other parts of the fuel injection valve I. A fuel introducing pipe 2 which is connected with a fuel distribution pipe D is fit to an outer circumference of a fuel inlet cylinder 45 of the fuel injection valve I through a seal member 83, a closing ring 87 is pressed in and welded W4 to an outer circumference of the fuel introducing pipe 2, and the closing ring 87 is pressed in and welded W5 to an upper end part of an injection valve protection cylinder 3. The assembly of the fuel injection valve I, fuel introducing pipe 2, and injection valve protection cylinder is constituted, and the assembly is mounted to the engine body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
