<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice response apparatus that can improve the efficiency of an ordering operation by enabling an operator to easily find an issue ordered by a customer, in light of the problem of a conventional voice response apparatus in an IVR system wherein, upon an order request during a stock price inquiry, an operator has difficulty in finding an issue ordered by a customer on a display list, and the efficiency of an ordering operation is low. <P>SOLUTION: The voice response apparatus comprises inquiring means 11 for, upon an inquiry request, registering a customer's registered issues and an initial value of notification priority in an issue information table 13, and upon a voice inquiry about any issue, updating the issue information table 13 by giving the first notification priority to the issue, and if there are other issues whose notification priority is other than the initial value, lowering the notification priority of the issues serially, and notifying means 12 for, upon an input of an order request, reading out the registered issues in order of descending notification priority from the issue information table 13 to notify and output them to an operator terminal 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
