POWDERY COMPOSITION AND COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery composition comprising a phospholipid having improved dispersibility and blocking resistance and to provide a cosmetic using the powdery composition. SOLUTION: The powdery composition is obtained by mixing powder A containing the phospholipid with powder B containing at least one or more kinds of water-soluble ingredients. The cosmetic using the powdery composition is provided. The powder A is preferably prepared by drying from a liposome liquid and conversion into the powder. The highly safe cosmetic having excellent moisture retention can be prepared from the powdery composition comprising the phospholipid having improved dispersibility and blocking resistance.
