<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household apparatus for producing soybean curd, safe, hygienic, and capable of efficiently producing the soybean curd of excellent quality. <P>SOLUTION: This household apparatus for producing the soybean curd is equipped with a soybean milk container for receiving soybean milk, a pair of electrodes positioned in the soybean milk container to face to each other and used for impressing a voltage on the soybean milk, a pair of contact metal fittings contacted with a pair of plates of the electrodes and used for supplying the plates with electricity, a container storage part for storing the soybean milk container, an apparatus body having a covering part which covers the container storage part and is freely opened and closed, and a means for breaking the impression of the voltage on the electrodes by interlocking with an operation of opening the covering part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
