PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a laminated capacitor capable of increasing capacity and lowering inductance. SOLUTION: A substrate 2 has a first conductor layer 21 on one surface of an insulating layer 20, and a second conductor layer 22 on the other surface. A laminated shape capacitor element 11 for which L-shaped first and second planar terminals 13 and 14 having the almost same width as the width of metallized contact electrodes 12 are connected to the metallized contact electrodes 12 at both ends is arranged on one surface side of the substrate 2. Also, the first planar terminal 13 is connected to the first conductor layer 21 of the substrate 2 and the second planar terminal 14 is connected to the second conductor layer 22 through a through-hole 25 provided on the substrate 2. Since currents in directions opposite to each other flow in the first conductor layer 21 where the current flowing into a capacitor element 11 flows and the second conductor layer 22 where the current flowing out from the capacitor element 11 flows, a magnetic field by the currents is canceled and the inductance of a wiring electrode is reduced.
