PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor floor structure formed by laying and bedding blocks, which is implemented by imparting a water retaining function and an overheating preventive effect produced by moisture evaporation, to the concrete blocks while making good use of the advantage of a method of laying and bedding the concrete blocks on an outdoor floor such as a roof floor. SOLUTION: According to the outdoor floor structure formed by laying and bedding the blocks, each lining block 5 is made up of a plastic tray 1 and a porous concrete layer 4 of a continuous void structure in the plastic tray, and a water retaining material 4c is held in continuous voids 15 in the porous concrete layer 4. Then the lining block 5 is laid and bedded on an outdoor floor substrate surface 8 via the plastic tray 1, and an outdoor floor surface is formed of an upper surface of the porous concrete layer 4 of each lining block 5. Thus rainwater or sprinkled water is infiltrated into the porous concrete layer 4 of each lining block 5, and then cut off by the plastic tray 1. Further the water retaining material 4c functions to retain water therein, and the moisture retained in the water retaining material 4c is evaporated via the continuous voids.
