The present invention discloses an optical fiber connector fixed mount, including a tray, a mounting member and a positioning mechanism. The tray is connected to a single board in a communication device. The mounting member pivots on the tray and is used for loading an optical fiber connector. The positioning mechanism is located between the mounting member and the tray and cooperates with the mounting member and the tray for implementing positioning between the mounting member and the tray. The mounting member is used for mounting the optical fiber connector. The mounting member rotates relative to the tray, and the mounting member is positioned in different positions by using the positioning mechanism, so as to change a direction of an optical output port of the optical fiber connector. The present invention further provides a communication device including the optical fiber connector fixed mount. The optical fiber connector fixed mount can be used for adjusting the direction of an optical output port of the optical fiber connector, which has universality and reduces the cost.
