PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass holder easy to mount and eliminating an interior surface from being injured. SOLUTION: The glass holder 20 has a tray 50 turnably mounted to the interior surface 10a of a vehicle body 10 through mounting members 25, 25, is always urged to the interior surface 10a by an urging means 64 and is retained to the closed state. The mounting member 25 is constituted of: a body part 26 provided with an insertion hole 31; an engagement part 27 forwardly extending while clamping the insertion hole 31; an an insertion member 28 for retaining the engagement part 27 and preventing dropping off from an opening 12. A rib 52 is projectedly provided on a peripheral edge of the tray 50 and at a position near the mounting member 25. Further, the rib 52 and the insertion member 28 are engaged with each other to restrict the turning of the tray 50 at a temporarily fixed position where the insertion member 28 is inserted to the midway of the insertion hole 31, and the tray 50 and the interior surface 10a are not made contacted with each other by abutting the rib 52 on the body part 26 at the normal fixed position where the insertion member 28 is completely inserted.
