PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content-oriented interface for a specific individual corresponding to peripheral devices for processing the content and the information of the individual, and to enable operating desired processing for the desired content with less operation. SOLUTION: A communication section 75 controls reception of peripheral device information to be transmitted from SDR, and controls reception of personal information of one user transmitted from PDR. A control unit 76 extracts content-related information corresponding to user specifying information of personal information from content-related information of region information, extracts device control information for controlling a content processing device to be specified by the device specifying information of the personal information from the device control information of the region information, and generates controller control data.
