PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having small unevenness in shape among toner particles and excellent in mechanical stability of the toner particles, and to provide a toner less liable to produce collapse products (decomposition products) of toner particles even in a manufacturing process such as a classification process and being environmentally friendly. SOLUTION: The toner particles 100 are composed of granules 4 comprising a plurality of fine resin particles 41 and an adhesive resin phase 42 and an external additive 6. The fine resin particles 41 are mainly composed of a binder resin. The adhesive resin phase 42 is mainly composed of an adhesive resin and is located at least between adjacent fine resin particles 41.
