PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement or deformation of a coil positively through a simple structure by preventing cracking or breakage of an interval block being inserted between the coils at the coil end part of the rotor of a rotary electric machine in order to prevent movement of the rotor coil due to thermal elongation. SOLUTION: An elastic member 10 is inserted between an interval block 8 inserted between coils 2a and 2b wound at adjacent positions and any one coil 2a, 2b, and a pressing force is applied to both the coils 2a and 2b and the interval block 8 so that a frictional restricting force is generated between the coils 2a, 2b and the interval block 8 thus preventing movement or deformation of the rotor coil due to thermal elongation.
