PURPOSE: A device for controlling power of elevating needle stand is capable of doing embroidery having various colors and patterns, reducing a power cost, controlling each needle stand, minimizing an interval of a needle head part, increasing productivity and controlling an interval of embroidery. CONSTITUTION: The controlling device of power elevating the needle stand comprises: a cam(5) rotated by power delivered from a main shaft(1); one end of a crank(6) installed on a shaft(5b) and the other end installed on a shaft(11a) of a guide(11) elevating on following a guide bar(10); the guide(11) installed on the guide bar(10) and connected with a supporting board(21) to operate together; the supporting board(21) containing three legs; each leg formed two connecting holes and one hole; elevating plates which are installed on contacting with one side of the supporting board(21), containing protrusions corresponded to holes of the supporting board(21) and two holes for screws; 'L' type needle stand couplings formed one hole on the middle part and groove corresponded to a protrusion shaft(13a) of a fixing piece(13) of the needle stand(7); and a solenoid having an operating shaft installed on a supporting frame on contacting with one side of the needle stand couplings and moving the needle stand couplings on following operation of the operating shaft to control the protrusion shaft(13a) and work of the needle stand(7). |
