PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet filling method and a three-dimensional filling method of multicolor powder cosmetics to an inner tray capable of orderly filling the powder cosmetics of colors different from each other without mixing the colors without providing a partition inside one inner tray. SOLUTION: The wet filling method comprises: a process of holding the inner tray having a plurality of filling holes on a first plate; a process of fitting a plate with the partition into the inner tray from the upper surface opening of the inner tray; a process of bringing a porous absorbent into press contact with the upper surface opening position of the inner tray in the state of interposing wrapping paper; a process of filling fluid contents from the filling holes of the inner tray into the inner tray and absorbing and removing the solvent of the fluid contents through the porous absorbent; a process of detaching the wrapping paper, the porous absorbent and the plate with the partition from the inner tray; a process of compression-molding the surface of completed contents by a press head from the upper surface opening of the inner tray and eliminating the mark of the partition of the completed contents; and a process of drying the completed contents.
