<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information collecting device excellent in cleanability which is not damaged by "spilling water" or the like which is the accident usually liable to occur at home. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal reporting part 12, an LED reporting part 13, various switches 14, an information input part 15 for inputting the biological information, a communication part 16 for communicating with an external communication place via a communication circuit, and a control part 17 for controlling the respective parts are stored in a body case 11. Holes 18, 19 are formed corresponding to the liquid crystal reporting part 12 and the LED reporting part 13. A cover 21 is installed on the body case 11 so as to cover these liquid crystal reporting part 12 and the LED reporting part 13. Accordingly, even if water or the like is poured on the upper part of the body by "spilling water" or the like which is the accident usually liable to occur at home, intrusion of water into the interior of the body is prevented, and thus a display part and interior electronic parts are not damaged.
