<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control device and an electronic apparatus that can realize switching of VBUS feed. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer controller 10 sends a packet requesting VBUS feed switching to a B-plug-connected side (B device side), and if receiving a packet approving VBUS feed switching, commands a feed switch circuit 30 to stop VBUS feed. Before the VBUS feed stop, VBUS voltage level monitoring is stopped. A transfer controller 50 receives the packet requesting VBUS feed switching from the A-plug-connected side (A device side), and if approving switching, sends the packet approving VBUS feed switching and commands a feed switch circuit 70 to start VBUS feed.
