The spring element (151), as in DE10245722, has a carrier (201) of a spring material, provided with fixings at its opposite ends (203,204) for securing the spring element to 2 different elements and provided on 2 opposing surfaces with at least one electrically-activated piezoelectric body (75) on either side of a further central fixing (205) for delivering the oscillations to the feed element. The spring elements are controlled via setting elements for providing oscillations of given frequency and amplitude, one spring element acting as a master and the other spring elements operated in synchronism.
