PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a precast balcony by conveying the precast balcony even to a place out of the range of a crane. SOLUTION: This construction method comprises: a process wherein rails are installed almost in parallel with an exterior wall of a building; a process wherein a roller capable of sliding along the rails is installed on the rails; a process wherein the precast balcony is placed on the roller; and a process wherein the precast balcony is slid so as to be conveyed to a mounting place.
