A shield member that shields both of or one of an electricity and a magnetism is provided between a circuit board and a display panel arranged to be superposed on the circuit board. A holding portion that holds a lighting device is formed on one side of this shield member. The lighting device stored in this holding portion is positioned relative to a side surface of the display panel.
