<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform cargo collecting operation and cargo distributing operation without waste on both transport and home delivery service company sides and user sides. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, transport and home delivery service company servers, a collecting/distributing schedule control server, and user terminals are connected to each other through a network. The collecting/distributing schedule control server comprises a Web site opening means opening a Web site having a calendar function capable of registering and reviewing a collecting/distributing schedule through the network and an updating means for updating the collecting/distributing schedule on the Web site according to the added information, change information, or delete information on the collecting/distributing schedule transmitted from the user terminals.
