PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression mold capable of reducing the burr left on a product to the utmost while suppressing the lowering of the strength of the mold. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 21 inclined with respect to a PL surface 40 is provided to a first burr groove 20 on the side of a product cavity 10 while an inclined surface 31 inclined with respect to the PL surface 40 is provided to a second burr groove 30 in the same way on the side of the product cavity 10. The angle formed by the inclined surface 21 and the PL surface 40 and the angleαformed by the inclined surface 31 and the PL surface 40 are set to 10-30°. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
