<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying mechanism constituted to make a conveying roller device act in a stable state even in a narrow place in the case of returning one-sided copying paper for the purpose of recording on a back surface by providing a one-sided copying paper returning path on the side part of an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A returning path 32 is provided on the side part of a paper conveying path 7 passing through the recording part of the image forming apparatus, and an ejection roller device 26 to an ejection tray 8 is constituted to rotate normally and reversely. A recessed part 54a is formed or a vent hole is provided on a wall 54 corresponding to a driving roller member 34b for the conveying roller device 34 provided in the returning path. Even when the roller is expanded because of the heat of the one-sided copying paper, it can be rotated in the stable state, and inside heat is diffused to the outside via the vent hole or a thin wall part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
