PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program receiver by which a program recorded by reservation of video recording can deliberately be viewed. SOLUTION: The program receiver is provided with: a program receiving part 2 which receives a broadcast program; a video recording and reservation acceptance part 3 which accepts video recording reservation information about video recording reservation of the program; a reproduction time acceptance part 6 which accepts reproduction time information about reproduction time regarding the program of an object of the video recording reservation; a program storage part 5 which stores the program received by the program receiving part 2 on the basis of the video recording reservation information accepted by the video recording reservation acceptance part 3; and a program reproduction part 8 which reproduces the program stored into the program storage part 5 on the basis of the reproduction time information accepted by the reproduction time acceptance part 6.
