PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that is simplified in comparison with a system using prior art. SOLUTION: The telephone facility outputs a signal that belongs to a notice which can be preset, is sensible for human beings and can be preset, at a time point that can be preset. Contents of the notification, the kind and time point of a signal to be outputted are stored so as to be edited in a data bank.
