<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an up and down guide rail device for a lightweight vehicle capable of going up and down with ease by stably and freely operating a bicycle, or another lightweight vehicle on a stair or a slope or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The guide rail 1 for ascending/descending slope of a lightweight vehicle is formed in a long shaped going up and down water dripping and rain gutter-shapes, and a nonslip and drain hole 23 having various raw materials and shapes are formed for holders 8. A putting in and out member 24 is separately set its upper and lower opening end, and integrally attached and simply charged in all stairs, slopes, etc, regardless of existing or outdoor installation, indoor or underground installation, upstairs or downstairs, and the guide rail is installed for a stair and a sloped road for which general passers by and users can use with ease.
