PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal in a bicycle capable of forcibly applying inward warping force to thighs or legs of a rider, and capable of achieving position cure such as bow legs, enhancement of muscular strength of thighs, legs or a trunk, and shape-up such as reduction of flesh when repeatedly applying stepping force to the pedal. SOLUTION: A step face of the pedal 2 rotationally attached on an outer end of a crank arm 1 is a tilt step face 3 which is tilted downward from an outer end to an inner end of the pedal 2, and a load in accordance with the step face 3 is applied to the legs of the rider.
