PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that silver/copper brazing and nickel plating of a package hardly melts when the package on the package in which the silver/copper brazing is used for a lid is seamlessly welded. SOLUTION: The nickel plating of the package side contains cobalt, thereby allowing the silver/copper and the nickel plating to easily melt, and the working efficiency is improved and reliability can be improved.
