PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled file stand, which can be easily formed and assembled, and which is not only high in operating efficiency but also low in manufacturing cost, easy in management, high also in transport efficiency, and moreover easily disposed of. SOLUTION: The file stand comprises a rear side wall 1 and side walls 3 continuously provided at both side edges thereof through score lines 2a, and a lower or upper bottom wall 5 or 7 is provided on the lower edges of the side walls 3 and 3 through score lines 2c and 2d. The lower and upper bottom walls 5 and 7 include fixing means 6 and 8 mutually superimposed and fixed, respectively. The box is assembled by arranging the side walls 3 and 3 to face each other, laying the upper bottom wall 7 on the upper surface of the lower bottom wall 5, and the bottom wall 5 is fixed by the fixing means 6 and 8.
