PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for a beauty treatment sheet and a beauty treatment sheet using the same that reduces the evaporation of a beauty treatment liquid spread and retains a moisture effect for a long time. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric for a beauty treatment sheet is a laminated nonwoven fabric which consists of a laminate of at least a fine synthetic fiber layer (1) containing 50% (mass) or more of fine fibers having a fineness of 0.01 to 1.1 decitex and a hydrophilic fiber layer (2) and can be used with the hydrophilic fiber layer in contact with the body and the beauty treatment sheet is obtained by impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a beauty treatment liquid.
